Do credits expire?
Purchased credits never expire. Monthly plan credits
refresh each month (they don't roll over). Compare: Higgsfield's top-up credits die after 90 days.
How do payments work?
Subscriptions and packs are invoiced — pay by
stablecoin (USDC/USDT) or bank transfer, and credits land the moment payment is confirmed. Card checkout is coming.
What are the rules for Unrestricted mode?
18+ verified accounts on paid plans,
fictional adult content only. Real-person likeness requires that person's consent (that's what Character Lock with
licensed likenesses is for). Illegal content is banned outright and enforced at the account level.
Is my work private?
Yes. Renders run on our own dedicated GPUs — not shared
public cloud queues. Your prompts, uploads and outputs are never used to train models and never leave our infrastructure.
Can my team share an account?
Studio includes 2 sub-user seats, Agency includes 5.
Sub-users get their own login, share your credit pool, and you control their content access per seat.
